Egg salad. One of the easiest college meals that only the most skilled chefs seem to be able to prepare. Let’s put an end to that. This is actually a fairly simple meal to prepare, and it can be done multiple ways. Some people add in celery or water chestnuts, onions or even paprika! What do you add in? Ingredients (2 Sandwiches)
- 3-4 Eggs
- Mayonnaise (to taste)
- Mustard (to taste)
- Relish (to taste)
(DDF Tip- Everyone makes their egg salad slightly different – experiment with it!)
- Hard boil your eggs, then peel and chop them.
- In a bowl, combine desired amounts of mayonnaise, mustard, and relish. Have some time on your hands? Add in ingredients like celery or onions for more crunch!
- Mix evenly, dish out onto a slice of bread
- Top with lettuce before chowing down.
